Large pine cupboard (kas)

This imposing pine cupboard came to us with a Pennsylvania provenance, though it might as well be Canadian. Its notable features include a prominent cornice, two raised-panel doors secured with hand-forged rat-tail hinges, a complex skirt, and a residue of deep blue-green paint -- removed long ago. The lowest of its four shelves is missing, although its side supports remain in place.
