Newport Historical Society Artisans and Antiques Fair

This relatively new show will be held on September 17, 18, & 19 at Great Friends Meeting House and Colony House in Newport, sponsored by the Newport Historical Society Artisans and Antiques Fair. The show opens with a $75.00 per person preview party on Friday night, followed by a benefit auction with Leigh Keno. Admission on Saturday (10:00 -- 4:00) and Sunday (11:00 -- 4:00) is a more modest $6.00.

Notwithstanding its upscale venue, this show sounds like a great deal of fun, which is why many prominent southern New England dealers will be there. And who wouldn't enjoy Newport in September? The show is held in two of the Society's buildings; we'll be in the Colony House on Washington Square.
