These silver earrings are most likely from the Southwestern United States. They were created in a quatrefoil design and closed set with round turquoise stones bezel set in a gadrooned mounting.  The earrings and the screw-back wires are each marked for sterling silver. These measure 11/16” top to bottom, and 5/8” in width.
