Except where noted, these rugs are 20th-century versions of traditional patterns, tied in the Middle East in the traditional way.

We began buying carpets from a local source when we decided to beautify the floors in our home by replacing our old, worn antique rugs with newer ones.

Most of those listed here come from that same source.
